    Haunted Cypress Studios is a one girl operation and I take great pride in creating unique, handmade, one-of-a-kind pieces with extreme love and attention to detail. "Do unto others" is a philosophy I strive to live by, so I try my absolute best to make sure I treat my customers just as I would wish to be treated. My life tends to get hectic at times, but I try to answer all messages as quickly as possible!     Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
    • Custom or personalized orders

    If your item has arrived faulty or damaged, please contact me immediately so I can resolve the problem as quickly as possible! Refunds and exchanges are considered on a case-by-case basis.
    Payment
    I accept PayPal, credit cards through Etsy, and Etsy gift cards.

    *We do not accept cancellations, especially once an item has been shipped.
    *If payment for an item is pending for longer that 24hrs, the transaction will be cancelled.
    Shipping
    Domestic orders will be shipped out *within 1-3 business days after payment is received* (this does not include Sundays or holidays) using USPS 1st class or USPS Priority with tracking. Orders typically arrive between 3-5 business days after shipped.

    *Special delivery methods and insurance can be added upon request.

    !!!!PLEASE double check that your shipping address is correct and includes a first and last name. This can cause extreme delays in the arrival time of your package.


    **ATTN: Delays within the US Postal Service are very common during the busy Holiday season, please keep this in mind before making your purchase!
    Tracking numbers are provided with every order, please check your tracking# if you have any concerns with the arrival time of your package!

    1) Some countries may charge extra import taxes, fees, VAT, etc. upon arrival of shipments. Please be aware of your country's customs fees before completing a purchase. Your customs charges are your own responsibly and are unrelated to the shipping fees of my shop. Also, any requests to dishonestly label a purchase as a "gift" on customs forms to avoid paying these fees will be kindly denied:)

    2) International order arrival times VARY BY DESTINATION. Once in transit, your item may take between two weeks to a month or more to arrive depending on the circumstances. Please ask for upgraded shipping if you need it by a specific date!

    Disclaimer:

    *Jewelry made with sharp bones such as catfish barbs or garfish scales are not
    meant for children and should be worn with care.

    *Certain pieces are made with delicate materials such as cypress twigs and must be
    worn gently as to not damage the piece.

    How to care for your wooden jewelry:

    *STORAGE: While not being worn, it's best to store you wooden jewelry at room
    temperature in a dark space, preferably in an airtight bag. Avoid direct sunlight and
    humidity, do not leave in a car or on a windowsill. If your piece does get wet, dry it
    off immediately.

    *WEARING: Never submerge your wooden jewelry in water. While wearing, avoid
    contact with hairspray, perfumes, or lotions to prevent damage or discoloration.

    *MAINTENANCE: If your piece is starting to look a bit dull, use a cotton polishing
    cloth and buff with the grain. You may also apply a dab of beeswax or mineral oil
    *sparingly* to bring out the shine. (Too much may cause an unsightly buildup.)

    Issues:

    *I am confident that all of my items are made and packaged with extreme love and
    care, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your transaction or something
    arrives defective, PLEASE contact me immediately so that I can correct the
    problem ASAP. I take my business very seriously would never intentionally send a
    broken item or try to "get one over" on anyone. I love my customers and will do
