Frequently asked questions
When will I receive my order?

Your order begins processing within 24 hours of being placed. Some large and/or extra fragile items may take up to 2-3 days to package. Each listing defines this wait period. As soon as the item is packaged, it is shipped according to the method you selected at checkout. You will receive tracing information via email once it is on the way.

International Orders

International orders take longer to arrive after shipment. After an order is packaged and shipped, the shipping time can vary between 1 week to several weeks. International packages may be opened by or held in customs for longer depending on the country of receipt. I cannot be held accountable for delays in shipping due to items being held in customs at the country of receipt. Any additional customs fees will be the responsibility of the buyer. All international purchases are final sale. Please purchase at your own risk, If your item goes missing or is damaged in transit I cannot refund you.

Do you combine shipping?

I happily combine shipping. Please contact me prior to purchasing and I will adjust the calculate and adjust shipping.

Custom and personalized orders

All priority mail shipping orders include insurance. Please contact me with photos and any other details, like damage to the package. I will work with you to resolve this issue with the shipping carrier.

My package never arrived. Now what?

If the package was lost in transit, please contact me and I will do my best to help track it with the shipping carrier. Please note: if the item shows it was delivered to the destination, there is nothing I can do (for example, if it was stolen from your door). Please ensure the shipping destination can receive large packages. Contact me if you would like signature approval upon delivery.

reserved listings/layaway

I reserve listings for up to 24 hours.

For items over $200, I offer layaway under these terms:
40% paid upfront. 20% paid each following 1-2 weeks (depending on what we agree upon) for the remainder of the balance. PLEASE NOTE: there are no refunds or cancelations for layaway orders.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All items are packaged carefully to ensure they arrive safely. I use biodegradable packing peanuts and paper as much as I can, but occasionally, I do need to use plastic packaging for more fragile items. I recycle packaging material whenever I can. Please help our environment by reusing any packaging material and boxes included with the delivery of your order.
Some items, particularly furniture or other large pieces, require custom packaging if there is not a box I can purchase that is large enough to accommodate it. In this case, you will be responsible for paying for this service. I will notify you prior to packaging to get your approval and payment.

Do you refund shipping overages?

Yes, any payment made over $1 will be refunded back to you after the item has shipped.

Do you rush shipping?

If you need an item quickly, please select priority mail express 1-2 day shipping at checkout. I will do my best to get it in the mail as quickly as possible. Please contact me prior to purchasing large items to ensure this is possible.
