Returns and exchanges
Refunds and cancellations are only given in the following situations:
- order placed before contact w/me & I am unable to accommodate the order.
- family emergency, cancelled party to due serious circumstances by customer (notice needed 20 days prior to event date) Honesty much appreciated.
- extensive damaged order due to mishandling by USPS deeming product unusable (pictures must be sent to merits in 24 hours of receiving your order).
-delivery past event date due to USPS delays. Details must show as such on USPS Tracking & order must be returned to seller.
PayPal, credit card, and debit cards with major logos are accepted.
Orders are made fresh one weekrior to the event date, dry for the needed time (usually 2 days) and then packaged & shipped for EXPECTED delivery 2-3 days prior to your event date.
EVENT DATES must be left in NOTE TO SELLER. If one is not left, you will automatically be marked down for an event weekend 1 full month after your purchase date.
You will receive a tracking notification email from PayPal and/or USPS when your order ships. Once the package is out of my hands and in those of USPS, I have no control.
Should you experience any shipping delays on tracking please Convo me & I will surely help in contacting USPS.
Additional policies and FAQs
Due to the increase of daily inquiries, I respond to all convos in the order they are received. You can expect a reply within 48 hours. Please understand I am not at the computer at all times as I do custom create all of the pieces in my shop, manage a local shop and am a mommy of 4.
