Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and cancellations

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
  • Items on sale
Returns and exchange details
✿ RETURNS:
Before any return is necessary to contact by message directly in the store, explaining the reason for the return and sending photos if the problem is a manufacturing defect or deterioration during shipping.
The return of the following items is not allowed:
· Custom orders These orders are made following the customer's instructions and at all times the customer can make the necessary modifications to be of your liking.
· Wholesale sales unless they arrive defective or damaged.
· Items for brides, bridesmaids, guests or party accessories unless they are defective or damaged.
However if you have a problem with your purchase, write me as soon as possible. We will look for a satisfactory solution for you.

✿ CONDITIONS FOR RETURN:
When a return is accepted, the items must be sent in the same conditions that were received:
- Brand box or hat box.
- Quilting material.
- Outside shipping box.
The return costs are borne by the buyer.
Returns that are not made under the conditions indicated will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for arriving before 14 days and do so in perfect condition.

Shipping
ALL ORDERS ARE SENT FROM SPAIN.

IMPORTANT:
When you make your purchase, a shipping date is indicated. This date is calculated based on the process of preparing the articles, NOT THE DELIVERY DATE. To know the approximate date in which you will receive the package, add the periods indicated below to the date of shipment.

Before making the payment of your purchase you can access the menu of shipping options:

✿ "Standard Shipping" (appears by default). Orders shipped with this option are sent by regular postal mail without a tracking number. Although all shipments arrive at destination, Have a Flower Day is not responsible for any delays in delivery or loss.
Approximate transit time (1)
- Spain: 3-5 business days.
- Europe: 7-12 business days.
- USA & Canada: 14-21 business days.
- Other countries: 14-30 business days.
(1) The periods are indicative, may be less than those indicated.

✿ "Certificate" (2). This option is through postal mail with tracking number. The transit time is the same time as the "Standard Shipping".
(2) Sometimes the tracking number is changed in the Customs of the country of destination so, even with a tracking number, it isn't possible to trace the package.

✿ "Urgent Shipments". This shipping option is done through DHL Express, which guarantees transit times as well as tracking the shipment at all times.
Transit times:
- European Union: 1-3 business days
- USA & Canada: 3-5 business days
- Other countries: Consult by message.
* Some items don't have the option to send by DHL Express activated. If you are interested or want to know the price, write me before placing your order.
**Some destinations such as Russia, the Middle East, Central America, South America, Alaska and Africa are considered remote destinations and have a different shipping rate. Please write to me to check the amount with DHL.
***IMPORTANT: To process the shipment with Nacex and DHL it's necessary that you indicate in the comments of the order your email and a contact telephone number in case they had to contact at the time of delivery. Without these two data they will not accept transport.

Customs or shipping costs are borne by the buyer.

The shipping prices are those that the postal service or DHL have in force, under no circumstances increase.
Privacy
"Have a Flower Day" has access to limited personal data for basic business purposes.

When you place an order, I'll receive your name, delivery address and Etsy email address. I'll only use this data to process and deliver your order or treat any query related to that order. If you send me a message using the contact button on Etsy, I receive your username and email.

The unique circumstances in which I'll share your data are during the processing of your order or in compliance with the law. Have a Flower Day will never use or transmit your information to third parties for marketing purposes or any other purpose other than the circumstances listed below or add to any mailing list without your explicit consent.

The circumstances in which you can share your data are:
• With Etsy to fulfill my obligations.
• With companies to fulfill your order.
• Legal compliance or tax obligations.

I'll only keep your data for as long as it is necessary to process the transaction and I'll securely store any data collected during that period. Personal data related to orders or questions from customers will be kept for THREE years. After this time all the data of my files will be deleted.

You've the right to know what personal data is stored about you, request the change or update of the data and the elimination of said data at any time.

Custom and personalised orders

I accept personalized orders, you can send me a photograph of your dress to advise you better.

The deadline for preparing these orders is higher than that of those exhibited in the store, which can reach 2 weeks. Please, make your request well in advance to specify all the details before making a firm purchase.

Custom orders don't accept cancellations or refunds. At all times I'll send photos of the materials, colors and evolution of the design so that you give the approval before sending the article.

Wholesale availability

Wholesale sales are accepted. Write me a message indicating the items that interest you and quantities, I'll answer as soon as possible confirming availability, delivery time, applicable discount and shipping costs.

All wholesale orders must be paid in full to start the production process.

Care instructions

For the perfect conservation of the articles Have a Flower Day it is advisable to store them in the boxes of the brand in which they are shipped and in a dry place away from direct light without putting any weight on them.

Under no circumstances should the pieces be wet or damp, avoid exposing them to perfumes or hair lacquers, do not try to modify the design or the elements of the pieces.

Gift wrapping and packaging

All the orders are packaged with care and care so that they arrive at their destination in perfect conditions, for that reason the packaging includes a double packaging: the exterior to carry it and the interior is a precious box of the brand.

The larger hats include a hat box that protects the piece during the entire trip and serves to store it at home or give it away.

In any case, if you want the wrapped interior box for a gift, specify it in the remarks of the order.
