Accepted payment methods

Payments are accepted via PayPal. Don't fret if you don't have an account! You can pay with your debit or credit card without even signing up. Just choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card without having to sign up for a PayPal account. Please message me if you have any questions regarding this.
Payments are due within 7 business days of choosing to purchase an item. Otherwise the purchase will be canceled.
Items will be shipped only upon full payment being received and based on the specific item requirements (made-to-order, etc.). Items are expected to arrive based on the following Canada Post Letter/Parcel standards:
- 2-9 business days within Canada
- 4-6 business days to the United States
- 4-9 business days Internationally
Shipment arrivals cannot be guaranteed and are based on service expectation only. Have & Hold Design will not be held responsible for shipments that arrive later than expected.

Requests can be made prior to ordering for rush orders, but shipment arrival times are still not guaranteed. Rush fees will apply.

A confirmation email will be sent to you verifying that your package has been shipped. Packages will automatically be shipped to the address listed via Etsy. Please make sure this is the correct mailing address before making your purchase. Losses due to an incorrectly listed address will not be compensated.

If an order does not arrive within the timeframes listed above, please contact the shop and the order will be investigated to make sure it is still on its way.

There will be no hesitation to resolve issues with your order. Please contact the shop as soon as an issue becomes apparent so we can resolve it as efficiently as possible.
Refunds and Exchanges
Sorry, but at this time Have & Hold Design cannot accept refunds or exchanges, so please purchase seriously. Unauthorized returned shipments will not be accepted.
