Welcome to Have It Sweet...Sugar Transformed! Our goal is to make your taste buds dance and sing, we put all of love, joy and our zest for life in each and every batch. Candy is fun! So smile, have fun and eat some awesome candy.

Our confections are made in small batches, to order. The time for your order to be completed is about 5 weeks (not including shipping time usually 2 to 7 business days in the US. ***It can happen that we go over our stated turnaround time that is why it is very important that if you need your order by a certain date you must let us know within 24 hours. 

Why so long you ask? We are very thankful to say that we have a very high demand for our confections and since, for now, there are just the two of us, it takes us a while to complete your order. We are all about quality...not speed. 

If you order a holiday themed confection it will ship for that holiday unless notified otherwise. 

If you have any questions about turnaround time, contests, lost packages, and cancellations, please read our "Shop Announcement" section everything about everything is in that section. But we would also love to hear from you so you can just email and ask us too. :0)

If you have a problem let us know. We want you to be happy with what you purchased and with over twenty years experience in customer service we will work with you to come up with a solution to your issue. We DO NOT offer refunds unless there is a very special circumstance.

We would love to say that we are perfect but come on, not even a saint can boast that. We make mistakes. In fact we make them all the time. We're human. We are however very happy to remedy those mistakes made by us. If you ordered a gift and we sent it to you, let me know. If the address wasn't changed in Etsy we may forget to look at the notes in a fit of busyness. But we will make sure a replacement is sent.

Shipping
First and foremost let us say, we love the USPS they provide a great service at a great price. There are many, many times when they make mistakes and in over three years with thousands and thousands of packages shipped, we've seen lots. All we can do is drop your package off and hope they do their job, if they don't please see below. :0)

Was your package lost in transit? It happens. I know, shocking. ;0) We are happy to replace your order for you. Please bear in mind we can't anticipate a lost order, while we will try replace it quickly but we have to treat it as a new order.

Also, there is a slow down on behalf of the USPS. This is why I make sure to be clear that packages can take up to 7 business days (US only) for shipping even with Priority Mail.

International Customers: We are not responsible for lost packages. Please bear that in mind before you order. We have receipts for International orders shipped and if they do not arrive we can not be held responsible for that.

We want you to be aware that shipping Internationally take at least 16 days, Edibles are in a different class and often do get caught in customs. There are NO tracking numbers for International shipments regardless of method used to ship. We ship USPS International Priority Mail only. If your order doesn't arrive after 30 days we can file a claim with the USPS.
