Mommy to Maker

Deep down, I'm a crafter at heart. Like, down past the dishes and dusting, the band aids and ball games, I'm a crafter at heart. Mommy and wife are my number one gig. But man, am I a sucker for a good project! To bring life back to something old brings life to my soul. My love for DIY is how The Havenwood was accidentally born.
In 2015 Havenwood was established. It all started with wood signs. I created a variety of designs and gradually improved the quality of construction. I hand select each piece of wood, then cut, sand and stain each piece. I paint and frame each sign to be shipped across the nation.
Fast forward to 2019. The selection is expanding and the brand is growing. You can now purchase a variety of farmhouse decor to accent your sign. When you purchase any piece from me, just know, that after the tubs and the tickles and the kisses goodnight, I'm a crafter at heart.

The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
  • Perishable products (like food or flowers)
  • Digital downloads
  • Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
Returns and exchange details
Customer satisfaction is my number one priority. If you are unhappy with your purchase, I would greatly appreciate the opportunity to correct that, by re-making your item. If you are still unhappy, a refund may be issued with the return of the product. The customer is responsible for shipping costs associated with the return of an item.
If you have a question about specific colors, or questions about the item in general, please contact me.
I accept PayPal, E-Checks, and all major credit cards as forms of payment. Payment is due at the time of purchase and orders will only be shipped after payment is received.
All items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail within 1-2 weeks from the time of purchase.
If you require expedited shipping, please notify me before placing your order so I can create an invoice for you at the increased shipping rate.
Your order will be marked as shipped and a notification will be emailed to you when your order has been shipped.
In the case of returned packages, the customer is responsible for payment of re-shipping fees.
