My love for African tradition and fabrics inspired me to start designing accessories. Although I have no background in sewing or craft work, everything was self taught.

I believe the right accessories can amplify your look, and individuality never goes out of style. Therefore, my accessories are suitable for special occasions or everyday wear. You can expect high quality because each accessory is carefully handcrafted.

It is the responsibility of each customer to read items description/details, and shop policy. Because all sales are final.

Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept returns and exchanges
Contact me within: 3 days of delivery
Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
I don't accept cancellations
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
The following items can't be returned or exchanged
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, I can't accept returns for:
  • Custom or personalized orders
Returns and exchange details
Returns are only accepted if the customer receives a damaged item. In this case, customer must report damage within 48 hours of the package being delivered. Please provide a picture of the damage immediately.

Exchanges: If by chance you are not satisfied with your purchase, please communicate your reasoning within 2 days from your delivery date. You will be offered an item in the same price range or I will customize another piece in the same price range. Returned item must not be worn, washed, stained, damaged, nor altered. And must be returned back to me within 5 days from the delivery date.

The customer is responsible for all exchange related shipping costs. Shipping the original item back and the shipping for the new item.

INTERBATIONAL CUSTOMERS: it is your responsibility to claim your packages once they arrive in your country. If a package is not claimed and is sent back to me, you will NOT get a refund no matter the amount. And you will be responsible to pay the new shipping fee to have the package returned to you.

Order Cancellation: You must cancel your order within 24 hours from the time you placed your order to avoid a cancellation fee ($5).


Some items may appear smaller/larger than the actual size due to the angle at which the pictures were taken.
Payment
Hawa's Boutique accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Etsy Gift Cards and PayPal. We accept credit cards, debit cards.
Shipping
All US items are shipped within 5-10 business days, tracking will be provided for all domestic shipping. International shipping may take 2-4 weeks. Please note that First Class International Mail cannot be tracked, no tracking number is available. All orders are shipped by United States Postal Services (USPS) First Class Mails.

Orders for clutches, and shoes may take 1-3 weeks to design and ship after payment. And all U.S orders will have a delivery confirmation number which I will provide once your items are shipped. Therefore, if you need something immediately, please send me a message before you place your order.

We personally deliver all packages to the post office. Once they leave our hands, we are not liable for loss or theft. All domestic (U.S) shipping comes with tracking.

We only ship items Monday – Friday, so any weekend orders will go out the following business day.

Some items may appear smaller/larger than the actual size due to the angle at which the pictures were taken. Hawa's Boutique do not provide measurement for clutches.

For International Packages: Some parcels have been delayed as long as 3 weeks (during the holiday season). This does not happen often, and also custom occasionally delay packages.

Please also keep in mind that life happens and I may not be able to ship your order ASAP. However, that does not always happen.


SHIPPING ADDRESS & INTERNATIONAL CUSTOM FEES

We ship to the address the customer provides us via Etsy. If a package is returned because an incorrect address was used during checkout, the buyer will be required to pay any new shipping charges. We do not refund or replace a package sent to a wrong address, unless the mistake was ours.

We are not responsible for any custom fees or taxes charged upon delivery.
