To clean your mat simply shake off or vacuum.
To extend the life of your mat be sure to protect from extreme weather conditions and direct sunlight.
Sizing details
I currently only offer standard size in both coir (brown mats) and gray - approx measurements are 18 x 30 inches.

Hand Painted or Machine Stamped?
ALL of my mats are HAND PAINTED by me using acrylic based paint. Depending on the design and if there is color involved, they can take me anywhere from a day to a week to complete!
Will you paint my logo on a doormat?
Yes! I love painting logos and have SEVERAL posted on my instagram (@hayilybee.designs) for references! Please feel free to message me to discuss creating a logo doormat as well as include a PNJ (this helps speed the process) Pricing is decided upon how intricate the design of your logo and if there are colors involved. Color will be more, as colored paint is costly.
I will send you a mock up for confirmation before I begin to paint. Payment is REQUIRED before I will begin painting.
Do you accept returns or exchanges?
No I do not accept returns or exchanges as these are all hand painted and created.
If you are requesting a custom mat I will send a mock up of your designed mat and once it's confirmed by you, I will send you an invoice and paint.

Post Office Policy
Once I hand orders off to the postal service, it is out of my hands. I am not responsible and will not refund lost or stolen packages. I will of course do my absolute best to help assist with missing packages.
