All items are entirely handmade by myself in my home studio. I endeavour to produce my work to a high standard and all items are made with care. I pack items well in plenty of bubble wrap to ensure they arrive in one piece. I want you to be happy with your purchase so any problems please dont hesitate to contact me so we can sort them out.
I accept payment through paypal. Orders can be cancelled within 7 working days of receipt of goods, they should be returned in the original packing and in good condition, a refund will then be issued for the price of the item and the shipping fee but the cost incurred of return shipping in this instance is the paid by the customer. If an item is damaged or faulty please contact me and I will arrange a refund or replacement.
Items will be shipped within 3 working days of receipt of order, often much sooner. Please allow a reasonable time for arrival of your goods. Items shipped within the UK by 1st class post. International orders are shipped via airmail. If you require insured delivery please contact me before purchase as it will cost more than the standard amounts listed.
I am not liable to pay any customs charges made on items shipped to overseas customers, these are payable by the customer.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be processed on receipt of returned goods, in the case of a change of mind or unsuitability the item must be returned in perfect condition for resale. Refunds will be processed via paypal.
