About

Passion for Pots

I am a self employed studio Potter creating my ceramics in my home workshop, this works well for me fitting in around family life. I sell in a few galleries and at fairs as well a selling on line here in my Etsy shop.
I make a wide range of things finding it hard to stick to just one range. I love animals and my animal themed work is very popular. I have 2 beautiful rescue lurchers that keep me company while I am working ! I love colour and pattern which I think is reflected in my work. I aim to make light hearted decorative items to bring a smile to your face and a splash of colour to your home. In a world where we are bombarded by soulless, mass produced, bland mediocrity there is nothing more satisfying than buying and owning or giving a unique handmade piece of art or craft.

    Owner, Studio Potter

All I wanted to do after experiencing the creative possibilities of clay whilst at school was to be a potter. After studying ceramics and gaining my degree I worked for a while for another potter now I work independently creating and sellng my work.
