Custom and personalized orders

I do custom and personalized orders, send me a message to work out the details. I respond within 24 hours whether I am on vacation or not.

Sizing details

My tails are between 28-35 inches long. If you want a specific length add a note to the order.
If you want a tail longer than 35 inches you will have to wait a week for extra fabric to come in and there will be an upcharge.

Care instructions

Hand wash, line dry, comb to fluff. Do NOT put in the Dryer! Washer is not recommended.

Wholesale availability

Wholesale pricing available upon request. Whole sale prices available for quantities as low as 10. Higher Discounts for larger quantities.
I make everything by hand so expect longer turn around for larger orders.

What if my order doesn't come?

If your order is shipped, but you never receive it follow the following steps:

1. Check with your neighbors and look around your house to see if it was left somewhere unusual. I usually send them in a bright purple garment bag so it should be pretty easy to spot.
2. Wait 48 hours to see if it turns up from a delivered address.
3. Contact me and let me know of the problem. (If it comes back to me I will contact you)

Solution: If this is the first occurrence, I will ask you if you prefer a replacement or a refund and respond accordingly. Please keep in mind orders are made to order, so it may take a few days to send a replacement.

Custom and personalized orders

If you're address is incorrect and you catch it before the order is sent, send me a message with the correct address.

If your address is incorrect and you do not catch it before the order is sent, I will only resend it to you if it comes back to me. If it does not end up back at my residence, I'm sorry but your item is lost and there is nothing I can do for you.

I do not send replacement Items for items sent to an incorrect address. I send the items to where I'm told to send them.

Please double check your address before placing an order. I want your order to get to you and I want to know if you liked it.
(If you don't like it please let me know why and see if I can fix it before, I try my best to provide good customer service).

What if my Address is Incorrect?

If your address is incorrect and you notice it before your order is sent, send me a message and I will correct it and send it to the most recent address you give me.

If your address is incorrect and you do not notice it before your order is sent, I will send it to you if it comes back to the return address (my residence).

In the event that it does not come back to my address, I'm sorry but your item is lost. I cannot send you a replacement item for an incorrect address.
