Items currently in stock in the Etsy shop will be ready for dispatch approximately 1-3 working days within the UK.

Any printed/paper documents with personal information which needs to be kept are kept locked and safe and destroyed after 7 years.Information stored on pc is password protected and deleted after 7 years.
