Each item is carefully knit by hand--completely unique and individual.

I try to use fair trade, recycled, or environmentally conscious materials whenever possible, even though this may add a little bit to my costs. My home is smoke-free and feline-friendly.

My items are carefully handmade; as with any unique and hand-crafted item, there may be small imperfections.

In the unlikely event that you are less than satisfied with an item, please contact me for either an exchange or a refund (your preference). Refunds are for the full cost of the item MINUS shipping fees. Customer is responsible for safe mailing of the item back to me.

Payment options:

--PAYPAL.

--CREDIT CARD: Even if you do not have a Paypal account, you can pay by Credit Card on the Paypal site.

--MONEY ORDER (in U.S. dollar amount). Must clear my bank before I can send your item, so a money order may cause delays.

Please make your payment within 5 days of reserving your item on Etsy.
Shipping
I will ship all items within 3 business days of receiving payment (unless otherwise specified in my shop, that is, in case of vacation).

Rush order? Please let me know in the "Note to seller" at checkout and I will do everything in my power to expedite your order.

WITHIN THE U.S.: I ship via United States Postal Service, Priority Mail, with complimentary delivery confirmation. Please contact me if you require insurance or rush mail service (those will require additional shipping fees). Your items will be shipped to the address you list on Etsy, so double check all addresses.

OUTSIDE THE U.S.: Shipping may be less than stated in the item, depending upon the country. Please contact me with your country and I can calculate specific international shipping charges. I ship via United States Postal Service First Class International mail. There is no way to track International Mail, although I can insure it for a small fee if you wish. Shipping internationally may cause your parcel to attract duties and custom fees; if so, those are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information.

CUSTOM ORDERS: Please allow a minimum of three weeks for custom orders. Complex special orders may take longer. I will let you know the length of time to anticipate once I receive your custom request.
