Processing time is the time it takes us to prepare and get your item to the carrier, not a delivery estimate. Shipping is typically USPS. A shipping upgrade is available in cart for upgraded shipping as we ship 1st class when applicable. We can not be held liable for carrier delays, mishaps, errors or mail theft as this is out of our control. We are not responsible for buyer address issues ( wrong, forwarding, ect.) However if you have a problem we will try to help you. If an item is damage in transit please make us aware as soon as possible and make sure to keep all of the pieces, packing and the box until the claim is finalized. You may be required to complete and affidavit or visit your local USPS to finalize the insurance claim.

When you receive your crystal's they are cleansed and ready for you to program your intentions into them. To keep the crystals vibrating at high frequencies they need the absorbed negative energies dispelled. To dispel the bad energy and recharge the crystals we recommend using the moon light and or smudge with organic sage. There are many other ways, just be sure the way you choose is safe for that particular crystal. (some crystals are very fragile, some may dissolve in water, colors may fade in sunlight. ect.)
