I’m Monika, I created this shop to help people switch to healthy lifestyle in a simple way. I’ve been scheduling my workouts, logging my meals and measuring my progress for years now, and I believe without those tools, everything I did would be much harder. Once you have a plan, you know where you’re going and you can clearly see the path ahead of you.
What is unique about these templates? Well, for one, I actually use most of them (not all at once ;) ) and perfected them over the years. Two, I created them first for myself and then for my clients who love them. I've been doing this and blogging about leading a healthy lifestyle for the past eight years and I know what people need in order to create healthy habits.
