Your satisfaction is guaranteed! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, just email me within two days after reception. Mail back the items in good condition, I will refund your money back as soon as the items are received.

Please be advised that shipping fee is not refundable.

I accept PayPal payment in US Dollars.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

If you are having any issues with Paypal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will attempt to assist you in anyway that I can.

Unless you contact me to make other arrangement, your order will be cancelled if your payment is not received within three days after you place your order.
Items are wrapped in tissue paper, in custom made packaging and shipped nside a bubble mailer. All items are shipped "gift ready". Let us know in the "message to seller" if you would like us to include a gift card and small note (there is no extra charge for the gift card and note).

We ship worldwide using Canada Post expedited shipping. All items are shipped within 48 hours of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays).

 Please allow up to 6 weeks for international shipping. Please contact me if you have any concern or questions regarding your order status.

Buyers are responsible for all customs, duty and tax charges for their home country.

Your items will be shipped to the address on your Paypal account. If your address differs, please let me know in the “message to seller” note during check out. If you do not notify us and we can not reach you within 48 hours after payment we will ship the item to the address on Paypal.
