Welcome to heart'Felt'passion! I am a store dedicated to felted art of all kinds: - be it animals, dolls or anything my heart imagines.
We also receive requests for custom made orders, so if you have a special dream, don't hesitate to share with me and I'll lovingly create it for you.
NOTE: The wire in our wire sculptures (which are for display only) are non-toxic pipe cleaners!
Please be sure to submit payment within three business days; otherwise, I will need to cancel your purchase and relist the item (contact me if you are not able to make payment within the three day window).
Payment can be made through Paypal, a secure online payment system which is very easy to use. You may already have an account. If not, you don't need to sign up to use this service, and can pay directly through the site by credit card.
Payment is expected immediately upon checkout.

Israeli customers can also pay in cheques and bank deposit.
I will ship within 3 to 5 days following receipt of payment and completion of order. Please note that once your order leaves me, it may take from two to five weeks, depending on your location, AND that first class registered shipping doesn't include online tracking service.
Shipping to the U.S. via 'Registered Air Mail' might take up to 21 business days(.Most customers receive their package within 2 weeks)
By express mail, EMS shipping takes 3-5 business days (Please contact me for the price of express delivery). There could be delays during the holidays rush periods, so please take this into account when ordering, once your item leaves my hands I can not control the Postal Service Delays.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: Any customs charges are the responsibility of the buyer, so please check with your Customs office if you are concerned about possible tariffs.
International shipping can sometimes (but rarely) take up to 5 weeks for the US and 8 weeks for Canada due to customs but is usually 5 - 14 days. Parcels within the Israel usually arrive within 1 working day but during busy times can take up to 7 days.
If items become lost in the mail the buyer must wait the alotted time( 6 weeks) for their country to allow for customs and then I will send out a replacement, if a replacement is not available I will refund the cost of the item via paypal.
I recycle my shipping materials - please let me know if you have a problem with this and I can ship your purchase in new materials only. I also do gift wrapping on request.

The United States Department of Homeland Security is continuing to require increased security measures for items carried on passenger airlines. As a result, some mail entering the US from around the world, and including Israel, that would normally be sent via passenger aircraft must now travel by other means, including ships and cargo planes.
Most items, including personal letters and cards, magazines, CDs, DVDs and lightweight packets, will be delivered in the US within a few days of posting. However, there are delays of about two weeks for some heavier packets. These delays are currently affecting stamped items, franked items, and items posted under contract, with the exception of Destination Sort and/or M-Bag* items.
Israel Post is very sorry for these unavoidable delays. We have implemented a number of contingency plans to ensure as much of our customers’ mail reaches the US as quickly as possible and are continuing to work to minimise disruption to our customers, whilst ensuring we comply fully with the US directives and regulations.

CUSTOM ORDERS //
I'm glad to announce that we are able to accept custom orders!
If your purchase is a gift, no problem - all domestic orders come wrapped in tissue and ribbons. I no longer wrap in tissue and ribbons for international orders, due to customs inspections. However, if you'd like wrapping for your international shipment, just let me know!
PLEASE let me know that it's a gift! If you'd like me to include a card, please also let me know (no additional cost). But you DO need to let me know the following details: recipient's gender, the event, and what to write on the card. If you want me to ship directly to the recipient, please alert me, so that I will know to not include the invoice and price with the item.
