5 out of 5 starsThis is a fabulous wool supplier. I have been ordering fiber from them for years and plan to continue. They have great prices, the roving is clean, ships free with a volume order and each type is vacuum sealed.

How do I learn about new fibers?

What are your shipping charges?
We offer "Flat Rate Shipping" on everything, this means you pay one rate per order (not per item) at this time that rate is $3.25 within the USA. Some items are only available for shipping to the USA, this will be noted on the individual item.
We now offer FREE domestic shipping for all orders from our shop with a total purchase of $35.00 or more.
We use USPS for all of our shipping, depending on the order size, the weight and the distance we choose the most reasonable rate, most orders go First Class or Priority but at times we will use Parcel Select, due to the flat rate shipping we will choose which method will get to the customer quickly and not break the bank on our end.
I made a mistake, can I cancel my order?
We understand mistakes happen, and we want you to be happy, just send us a convo as quickly as possible and we will gladly cancel your order, the only time this could be a problem is if your item has already shipped. We try and ship as quickly as possible and have been known to get items into the mail in less then an hour from time to time, so please if you need to cancel, don't delay, let us know right away.
