Item not as described. By the photos you would think this print is all over the towel. Considering there are no photos of it laid out flat, I didn’t expect the pattern to be small and down at the bottom. Being that I am not a tea towel “expert” the seller expected me to know that this was how it came. She made me pay for the full shipping costs on this, after I expressed my disappointment in the item. I now have to open a claim to get my money back for this junk. After writing my review and emailing her regarding this, I received a lengthy response telling me that I am “rude” because I wasn’t happy with my purchase. Be careful buying from this seller, god forbid you’re unhappy with the item, because somehow, it will be your fault. AWFUL customer service, I’ve never been treated this way by a seller.
