I want you to love the jewelry that you buy from me! If there is a problem, please contact me within 7 days to let me know and arrange a return on non custom/personalized orders.

Refunds on custom/personalized orders cannot be granted, but if you are unhappy with your purchase please contact me within 7 days and i will do my best to rectify the situation.

Shipping charges on any refund that is not due to error on my part will be deducted from the refund amount.

Payment is required at time of commitment to buy. You will be notified via email if no payment has been made between 12-24 hrs.

Currently we accept paypal and major credit cards.

All shipping will be done through USPS.

I used to be able to ship items within 2 days of payment received. My little shop is growing rapidly and I will vary my shipping times from now on. Sometimes it's still 2 days and sometimes not! Please check the shipping time when you order for your correct shipping date.

Holiday turnaround/shipping times are longer. I like to give a little padding just in case I have some sort of hiccup or full on disaster on my end! If you read my feedback, most people comment on how quickly their item was shipped.

If you need something super duper fast, please contact me before purchase and I can put up a custom listing with expedited shipping charges included, in a private listing.

***IMPORTANT*** International Customers - Customs fees/duty taxes/VAT (Value Added Tax) are the buyer's responsibility and are paid by you to your customs department. I have no way of collecting this tax or have anything to do with this tax, as it is solely based on your Country and Customs. I mark all my packages as merchandise and put the invoiced value on them.

Care and handling: Stainless steel and aluminum have a fairly hard coating, but can be scratched by hard or sharp objects. The colors may fade if left in prolonged sunlight. It is advisable to store your jewelry (all jewelry) in a separate pouch. The black will fade over time.

Copper and brass will develop a natural patina. This is part of their character and is completely normal. It can be polished to restore its shine.

Please do not use any alcohol based cleaning product, silver dip, ect. A pro polish pad, or similar cleaning cloth will work fine. Please do not rub on the blackened parts too much as you will remove the oxidation, especially if you are using a cloth with an abrasive built into it.

Sterling silver, silver plated items, tibetan silver and pewter all contain various amounts of.....SILVER! Therefore it is completely normal for these things to tarnish. Please take the time to learn how to care for your jewelry in a manner you feel most comfortable with.

Swarovski Crystals are not meant for children under the age of 12 as they contain small amounts of lead.

PLEASE NOTE: We hand stamp these pieces for you when ordered. They are not machine made. Part of the charm of hand stamped jewelry is that the letters are not always perfectly straight. There may also be tiny nicks (usually not visible to the naked eye) on the metal as I am using hammers and various tools to impress the letters and symbols to the piece. Please do not consider these imperfections as defects, but as part of the character of the piece.

Please be advised when wearing ANY handmade jewelry, swimming, working out, and other rigorous activities may harm or break delicate metals and chains. Also pool, ocean water, and perfume can tarnish or adversely effect some metals and their patinas. Spray perfume on before putting on any jewelry. Never use any alcohol based products on these hand stamped pieces.

Please note that items consist of small pieces that can create choking hazards for children. Children must be supervised at all times when wearing/handling items created by Hearts In Your Jewelry.

I am happy to do a custom piece for you, with the saying, phrase, or names of your choice. Please note that I reserve the right to use a photo of your item in my shop. Please rest assured that even though your names, anniversary dates, birth dates, etc. might be displayed, I will NOT under any circumstances reveal personal information about you pertaining to the design or phrase stamped on the piece. Once I finish a piece and photograph it for the purpose of listing the design in my shop, the rights to the piece belong to Hearts in Your Jewelry. I will never sell or distribute your personal information to any third party.
