Welcome to our shop's policies! Here you will find general information on purchasing, shipping, refunds etc. If you have any specific questions and these policies do not provide you with a satisfactory answer, please feel free to contact us.

Payment
We accept paypal. Payment should be made within three (3) business days of purchase. In the event you wish to cancel your purchase please do so within three (3) business days. If payment has already been made and the item has already shipped, we will not be able to cancel your order.
Shipping
Please give yourself enough time when ordering!! I can not rush every order!

We ship our products using USPS Priority Mail and USPS First-Class Mail. On occassion, Parcel Post may be used. *Due to the increased volume of orders, shipping may take an additional couple business days.* We send out small orders (under 24) within 3-5 business days. Larger orders will take longer. If you wish to request a different shipping method, please send an e-mail as soon as possible so we can work out the additional shipping costs.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds will be given if the item purchased is returned in like new (or in the case of soaps, unused) condition. Cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. If an item is damaged in shipping please notify us and a replacement will be sent or a refund processed. If an item is lost and not recieved please notify us and we will attempt to resolve the matter (resolution may include a refund of purchase price/shipping or sending a replacement).
