Returns and exchanges
Please contact us if you have any issues. Each return is handled on a case by case basis.

Any returned items must be returned in their original packaging or similar (a sturdy shipping envelope with internal padding) and must be mailed USPS First Class with Delivery Confirmation.

The silk threads are supposed to break. Please check the shop for additional threads or replacement threads as necessary.
We accept PayPal payment in US Dollars.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped. Your order must be paid within 48 hours or it will be cancelled. This does not include your payment clearing. Taxes are charged if ordering it within Oklahoma state lines.

If you are having any issues with Paypal, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will attempt to assist you in anyway that we can.
Items are shipped gift ready on a card explaining the details of the item and wrapped in colored tissue with a beautiful Heartstrings sticker.

We ship using USPS First Class shipping. All items are shipped within 3 days of payment clearing (excluding weekends and holidays).

We combine shipping on multiple purchases from HeartstringsByJanice.etsy.com

If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let us know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify us and we cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment we will ship the item to the address furnished during Etsy checkout.

We leave feedback in batches after items have shipped. We endeavor to leave feedback once a week.

If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let us know and we will cancel the transaction. We will NOT leave negative feedback for cancelled transactions. We do leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact us to cancel the transaction.

If you are having issues with Paypal or any other aspect of the transaction, please do not hesitate to contact us. We will work with you to accommodate your needs.

Inspired Designs reserves the right to refuse a sale to anyone with a history of negative feedback and/or malicious behaviour towards other Etsy members.
