5 out of 5 starsWhere to even begin! I love my dashboards! They are beautifully made and the photos do not do them justice. But Heather is absolutely amazing. When I placed my order she took the time to message me that I ordered a A6 True size and that most of the time the binders customers normally have are A6 personal size. She changed my order after some back and forth and I’m soooo thankful she took the time to educate me on the difference between A6 personal size and A6 True size. Because of her, I was able to message all the others sellers I bought from on Etsy and found out I would have purchased the wrong sizes in their shops too and because of heather my orders were all able to still be changed in time. Not only an amazing and beautiful product that gives my binders style but a wonderful seller!

How long before you respond to emails?
I do my best to respond to emails within 24-48 hours. My business hours are M-F 8am-5pm CST. I do not respond to emails on the weekends. Thank you for understanding.
What happens if my order is lost in the mail?
I am not responsible for orders once I drop them off at the post office. All orders are shipped first class with a tracking number. The first step you should take is to contact your local post office. After you have contacted your post office, feel free to contact me with their response and I will work with you for a solution.
Can I cancel once my order is place?
