**Some countries charge a duty on incoming jewelry over a certain amount. Usually this isn't an issue for the average purchase, but please be aware of your local obligations.
**International shipping is usually quite efficient. However, I have no control over how long a package may sit in customs if it is selected for inspection. I appreciate your understanding in this area.
If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know ASAP. I would be happy to exchange of refund your purchase (once I have it back) within three weeks. Large or custom orders may be subject to different terms, but contact me and we can work out a solution. I want my shoppers to feel confident and comfortable in my shop!
