A Love Story
Once upon a time there was a French wire artist from Montréal that was making bicycle sculptures and selling them on the street. Along came an English girl from Ontario that set up beside him to sell her hand-painted buttons. Not able to communicate in the same language, the man handed the young woman a piece of wire and she twisted it into a tiny penguin. The man was enamored and twenty years later...the couple is still creating beautiful works together.
Our work is sold internationally on Etsy and has been featured in Town and Country Weddings and UK Weddings magazine. One of our toppers was also featured on the TLC reality show "Four Weddings" (season 7 episode 7). We welcome custom orders.

Heather Boyd has been creating wire jewelry & sculpture with her husband in Montreal for 25 years. She has a fine art degree from the University of Guelph. She teaches jewelry and craft making and shares her expertise on Youtube and Curious.com.

Creator
Marc-André is a self-taught wire artist. He was trained as a welder and worked as neon glass blower. He has been making wire bicycles for over 30 years and met Heather while street vending in 1989.

Cake toppers are made of lightweight aluminum wire that will not tarnish, but should be handled with care.
Wholesale availability
All our items are handmade and we rarely do large wholesale orders.
Sizing details
Regular bicycle toppers are 3 x 5 inches. Tandem bicycle toppers are 6 1/4 inches long.
