The item gets five stars. It is well-made and cute. However, it took nearly a month to ship. The seller should specify that in the description. I had a disappointed granddaughter.

On February 8th, I ordered a diaper bag made out of my husband's uniform, orange changing pad and wipe clutch set. I was extremely disappointed when I received my order. The diaper bag did not have the embroidery that I had requested, the changing pad was brown instead of orange, and the wipe clutch was missing a symbol that I had asked. I messaged the seller about the items I received and she said that there was nothing she could do about the wipe clutch and that I would have to purchase a new one. As for the other items, she said she had forgot. The seller also refused to pay for the shipping to have it sent back to her to fix. I had to file a claim through PayPal because the seller was not willing to pay for the shipping expense. After I opened the claim, the seller sent me an unprofessional message via Etsy conversations because she was upset about the claim being open. However, I feel that if you make a mistake, as a seller, you should own up to them and treat the customer fair and with respect. The claim was opened for nearly a month because the seller was not responding to any of the messages and told me that she will only give me the shipping money after I closed the claim. After I closed the claim, she refunded me the shipping money but instead of giving me the full amount she listed me as a new seller for some reason so PayPal took a small percentage away. A representative from PayPal told me that if she would have selected another category I would have received the full amount. After shipping the seller the diaper bag to fix, I waited almost one month to receive my items. And the seller was not responding to my messages so I waited in fear that I would never see my items again. I finally sent her a courtesy message telling her that if I don't see proof of a tracking number I would have to contact my card company to file a dispute. After I sent that message, she finally sent me the tracking info. It has been nearly three months and I finally received my items. My items look like the seller rushe
