Heather Irvine is truly an amazing artist. Her level of detail is something that cannot be seen in the photographs on Etsy so I would encourage you to buy whatever watercolor you are leaning towards and be pleasantly surprised when it arrives, as I was. You can tell that she understands equine movement and confirmation, and that translates perfectly into her art. To all you would-be buyers in the USA, please note that the shipping was seamless and the painting arrived in perfect condition. I cannot say enough about Heather's talent and I look forward to having this piece framed as a gift to my mom!

Your/my horse is absolutely beautiful. You are very very talented! Transaction as a whole a breath of fresh air. I'll certainly be back. What is the biggest piece you would be able to do? I'm looking for something quite big for my living room.

Your story in one sentence.

Being outside come rain or shine and watching the small moments in nature as well as the more obvious ones are what motivate me. I have always drawn and am never without a sketchbook, life is a continuous growing, flourishing and decaying cycle and I enjoy nothing more than trying to capture that essence of being in flora or fauna.

Please pay via Paypal or Credit Card within 3 days of making your purchase. Discount codes can be added at checkout. Combined shipping should be automatically done at checkout, but if you have either and they are not please contact me and I will refund any over payments.
All prints (um mounted/un matted and mounted/matted) are sent via Royal Mail first Class post UK and by normal Airmail (not tracked) for all overseas. It is the best way of keeping shipping costs down for you as my customer, but if you require tracking please contact me as this is done at extra cost.

Originals are sent via either recorded or special delivery for the UK and by track and trace only for all overseas unless the item is oversized where it will be sent via Parcelforce Global Value. All originals are sent fully insured. I pack everything carefully as I would expect to receive them myself, with instructions where necessary. I do use recycled packaging wherever possible, I love this planet and want to do my bit!

Arrival of your item will take 1- 5 working days UK, 7 -10 working days for Europe, 10 -15 working days for USA/Canada and 15 - 25 working days for Australia, please allow time for this when ordering especially over the Christmas period. If you require a speedier service please just message me and I can get you a quote.
Refunds and Exchanges
I hope you will be completely satisfied with your purchase and that it arrives as it left, but if for any reason you are not then I would very much appreciate you getting in contact with me first so that we can sort any issues out :)

I will replace damaged or missing goods and refund where necessary. Please take photographs of any damage within 4 days of receiving it (including the package) and send them via Etsy messaging straight to me. This helps not only with making a claim, but helps me learn if my packaging needs in any way re-assessing! Message me as soon as possible if your item is late in arrival. Delivery dates are just estimates and vary greatly worldwide and at busy times during the year. Generally items do come through, so I ask that you wait Royal Mail's required 25 working days for overseas purchases until items are classed as lost, obviously you are entitled to a replacement or refund at your discretion after that period.

Returned damaged goods are at the buyers expense.
