Heather's Custom Sewing accepts PayPal payment in US Dollars.

*You do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:

You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the "Pay Now" button. Scroll down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card, WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.

If you are having any issues with PayPal, please do not hesitate to contact me and I will attempt to assist you in anyway that I can.

Payment must be made in full and have cleared before the item is shipped.

If you purchase something and change your mind before paying please let me know and I will cancel the transaction otherwise payment must be made within 24 hours of purchase. I will NOT leave negative feedback for cancelled transactions. I will leave negative feedback for buyers who don't contact me to cancel the transaction.
Shipping
Heather's Custom Sewing ship’s worldwide using USPS First Class shipping. All items are shipped on Mondays and Fridays.

Heather's Custom Sewing will combine shipping on multiple purchases.

*Inside the USA:

All items shipped within the US are shipped using Delivery Confirmation. The DC number will be sent to the email you have on file with PayPal.
Once the package is out of my hands and in the hands of the postal service, I cannot be held responsible for what may happen to it, including lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me and I will do my best to replace the item or offer you a refund.

*Outside the USA:

Please be aware that if you live outside the United States there may be a customs fee added to your package by your country’s customs office. The customs form will state the accurate value of the items purchased. Please note that I cannot be held responsible for customs delays. Any chargeable import taxes and duties are payable by the customer. Once the package is out of my hands and in the hands of the postal service, I cannot be held responsible for what may happen to it, including lost or damaged packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact me and I will do my best to replace the item or offer you a refund.

If your Etsy and PayPal address differ, please let me know in the “message to seller” note during checkout. If you do not notify me and I cannot reach you within 72 hours after payment, I will ship the item to the address furnished by PayPal during checkout.
Refunds and Exchanges
Refunds and exchanges are taken on a case-by-case basis.
If you are unhappy with your order for any reason please contact me within 5 working days of receiving your package. I will do my best to resolve the problem quickly.
I will accept a return/exchange of the item in its original condition. You will need to pay the return shipping expenses. Please contact me first before returning/exchanging any items. Once I have received and inspected the item, I will refund the full purchase amount, minus shipping fees.
