Thank you for taking the time to visit Heaven Starts Here. Our goal is to provide you with quality homemade products that will brighten your home, office, and life. We stand behind the quality of our products and will make things right if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Our preferred method of payment is PayPal. All major credit cards are accepted through PayPal and you DO NOT need to create an account to use it. PayPal is quick, easy to use and most important a secure way to pay!

We can arrange for you to use Google checkout if this is more convenient for you. Please contact me immediately upon purchase, and we will setup the payment option for you.

If you encounter any problems with your payment, please contact us and we will assist in any way that we can.
We ship via USPS priority mail. Most packages arrive within 3 business days when shipped in the U.S. If shipped to Canada it may take 6 – 10 business days. If you need your item faster please contact us and we will try to accommodate your request.

Your order will be shipped to the address on your PayPal account unless otherwise specified. Please double check that your shipping address is correct, we will use the address on your PayPal account unless otherwise noted. Insurance is available upon request at an additional cost.

PLEASE NOTE: We cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged packages during the shipping process. If you would like to purchase insurance for your package please convo or e-mail us and let us know, Thank You!
Refunds and Exchanges
We want to ensure that you are 100% satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for whatever reason you are not, we will do our best to rectify the problem.

We accept returns within 7 days from receiving the package. The item must arrive back to us in the same condition as it was sent, and we will issue you a full refund of the product price (excluding shipping fees). Buyer is responsible for return shipping fees.

If the item you received is found to be damaged or "not as described" please send us an e-mail with photos of the item you received (including the damage). Once verified, we will arrange for return of the damaged item, and a replacement will be shipped immediately. If you would prefer a refund, rather than a replacement item please contact us and we will provide a full refund in the amount and method in which we received your initial payment.

In all situations, we wish to ensure honest and fair transactions. We reserve the right to modify the return policy if we feel a customer has attempted to be deceitful or dishonest in their dealings with us.
