Frequently asked questions

My order says it was delivered, but I can't find the item.

Please make sure that you have entered the right mailing address. If you didn't receive your item due to wrong address you provided, you will be responsible for re-shipping cost. Please keep track of your delivery day so you know when its being delivered. Package Theft is not covered with Shipping insurance and we will not replace at our expense.

Gift wrapping and packaging

I pack all my orders in purple bubble mailers with a thank you sticker, including gifts.

Gift Messages: I handwrite all gift messages on cute notepad paper, but if you'd prefer another option please leave a note or message me and I'll do my best to accommodate!

Custom and personalized orders

Due to the cost and time that goes into manufacturing enamel pins, stickers, etc., I do not accept custom orders.

All products have size specifications listed under the product details, if you have any further questions on size/material of products, please send me a message.

Are you restocking (insert sold out item name here)?

I post all restock updates on my shop instagram. You can follow it to stay up to date on new or returning products, as it's easier for me to share these things more consistently! If you don't see anything posted about a restock, then there most likely isn't one in progress, but feel free to send me a message letting me know you want to see something return to the store! If there's enough of a demand for it, I can look into restocking.

My item arrived damaged or broken?

If your items arrive with any issues, please contact me with a photo of the damaged item within 7 days of receiving it so we can resolve the issue. I quality check everything prior to shipping your goodies out to you, so chances are something happened while in transit, and I’d be more than happy to work with you to fix any issues that may arise.
