Each piece is carefully made with magical intention. All natural elements are sourced either locally, or by trusted and reliable small-business shops. I currently only ship within the United States, although I do hope to be able to ship to Canada and overseas in the future!

POLICIES

Each piece is Made to Order, meaning each piece may have minor differences that creates a uniqueness and showcases the artist’s imprint on each order. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, I welcome an email or message to discuss any details. My most important priority is YOU, and to make sure you are happy with your order.

All orders are created in the order that they are purchased. Production times vary, although time frames are usually labeled in the listing description, as well as, the email confirmation once you place your order.

I package each order with care and with attention to detail to ensure safe travels. Please keep in mind that these plaques are fragile, so please handle with care. If your order arrives damaged, please reach out to me immediately so I can resolve this for you. Since shipment damages are out of my control, I do require the parts to be shipped back and photos of the damage (box and plaque) before I issue a refund or create a new plaque for you.
