Payment

We process payments with credit/debit cards using PayPal, so you can be assured that your payment and personal details are secure.

Shipping

Orders within the United Kingdom will be sent Royal Mail Second Class Recorded Delivery, which requires a signature on receipt.

International orders will be sent Royal Mail International Airmail Small Packet. Delivery time to Europe is within 3 working days, worldwide delivery within 5 working days.

Express courier service is available on request for an additional charge.

Please ensure that you provide us with the correct delivery address and details as we cannot be liable for non-delivery due to incorrect delivery details.

We always aim to dispatch your order on the same day it is received, although occasionally this may not be possible. If there is a problem with your order, which may cause a delay to the delivery, we will notify you by email or telephone. If you have any queries regarding your order please contact us.

Refunds and Exchanges

Returns Policy
You have the right to cancel an order within 7 days of ordering/receipt.
Notice of cancellation of an order must be notified in writing by email.
Goods must be returned within 7 days of receipt, unused and in a saleable condition.
Please enclose a copy of the original invoice.
Postage costs for returned goods will be paid by the customer.
Upon receipt of goods we will issue a refund within 30 days and notify you accordingly.

In the unlikely event you are not happy with your order it can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please notify us via email that you are returning goods and the reason for return before dispatching.
The goods must be in saleable condition.
Please enclose a copy of the original invoice.
Postage costs for returned goods will be paid by the customer and is not refundable.
Upon receipt of goods we will issue a refund within 30 days and notify you accordingly.

Damaged or Faulty Goods
If any of the goods you receive have been damaged in transit please notify us by email or post immediately detailing damage incurred.
They will need to be returned within 7 days of receipt.
Upon receipt and assessment of any damage we will notify you and refund any monies within 30 days, including any shipping charges incurred if a replacement is not required.
Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used for the purchase of the goods.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange any item of your order you must notify us detailing the reason for exchange within 7 days of receipt.
Goods must be returned to us in a saleable condition within 7 days.
Alternative goods or an exchange note will be sent.
The customer will be liable for return postage charges.
Postage for any exchanges will be charged at standard Royal Mail postal charges.
It is advisable to return goods recorded delivery as a proof of posting certificate is not proof of delivery.
