My name is Claudia Hahn, I'm an award winning illustrator & wildlife artist based in the United Kingdom. I care much for our environment and try to wrap my orders as eco friendly as I possibly can. Most of my wrapping is either recyclable, made from recycled materials, and/or had been previously used and is repurposed. It might not look posh, but it will help reducing landfill and this is what deeply matters to me. Like all animal and nature lovers, I'm sure we all share these same values!

5 out of 5 starsMy holiday wrapping paper this year was bird-themed (I myself am an ornithologist) and I got maybe eight different kinds from different vendors. Honestly, they were all lovely, but this one was utterly magnificent. Recipients made special mention of the "woodpecker paper" as a standout. I will be coming back, that's for sure.

Gift wrapping and packaging
If you mark your order as 'gift', I will carefully gift wrap it for you, if you wish so. I don't charge extra for this service.
Wholesale availability
I'm open to galleries and gift shops stocking my items. Please enquire about wholesale.
Domestic shipping
For UK customers only, I offer 'standard' and 'tracked & signed' shipping. Although I ALWAYS get a 'proof of posting' from the post office, the 'standard' shipping will not be trackable, nor is it insured. I do NOT take responsibility for lost/stolen/damaged-in-transit orders, if your order was sent 'standard'. So far, nothing has gone missing or damaged in transit - Royal Mail seems quite reliable - but the risk is yours if you don't like to pay the extra.
Will my international order be trackable?
Orders coming from outside the United Kingdom will always be shipped 'tracked & singed international'.
Etsy normally includes the tracking number in the automated email. If you can't find it, please let me know and I will message it to you.
My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
Please contact me as soon as possible!!! I will be able claim compensation for lost orders via our postal service, for up to 60 days after I have posted them.
After that time period, I'm afraid I can't do anything any more. I do not refund for parcels which got lost in the postal service past 2 month deadline, and not at all if you have not selected the 'tracked' or 'signed' postage option.
Custom and personalised orders
Please be aware that I ship from the United Kingdom. If you are in Europe, I will have to fill out a customs declaration. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. It is illegal to lie on the customs forms, please don't ask me to fill it in wrongly, as this will reflect back to me if I get caught.
Please be aware that there are currently delays at the border. I'm not responsible for any delays at border control due to the new customs rules, this is out of my hands.
I will always send orders outside the UK tracked. Should your parcel be delayed in customs, you will be able to see and follow its progress.
