Personalised or custom orders cannot be cancelled once made.

For all other orders, please notify me as soon as possible if you wish to cancel. Once the item has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled and may only be refunded if the item is returned in a resaleable condition.

We deliver worldwide from England, UK. Once payment has been received, please allow 2-3 working days for your order to be processed and shipped. If you wish to receive your product quicker than the times stated below, please contact me.

Any customs/tax/duty charges and fees upon arrival at the destination country are the responsibility of the customer. It is the customer's responsibility to check these charges before ordering. By placing an order you are agreeing to theses terms.

After the purchase is marked as dispatched please allow the following times for delivery:

For UK deliveries please allow up to 5 working days.
For EU deliveries please allow up to 10 working days.
For all international deliveries please allow up to 2-3 weeks.
