We use two different techniques to place designs on our metal.

Hand stamping with metal stamps, a hammer, & steel block. The spacing & depth of each letter will vary slightly, & some letters will not be perfectly aligned - making each piece unique and one of a kind. Font styles and sizes are limited to the stamps we have in our studio.

Laser engraving designs we create in a software program using our industrial CO2 laser engraver. Alignment is precise & font, design, & size options are virtually endless.

We use a variety of processes to create our finished metal pieces; including cutting, filing, tumbling, sanding, engraving, stamping, hammering, darkening, & sealing.

We use high quality, made in the USA, solid metal blanks.

Aluminum (silver) is great for those with metal sensitivities. It will not tarnish, fade, change colors, or darken the skin.

Copper, brass, & bronze will naturally oxidize & patina over time. We use a professional metal sealer to help resist fingerprints & a jewelry polishing cloth can be used to restore metal to its original luster if you prefer.

Earring hooks, posts & hoops are stainless steel.

All metals used in our studio are lead & nickel free.

We use high quality, made in the USA, veg-tanned genuine leather.

The edges of our cuffs & key fobs are beveled & finished with a black sealant. The ends & backside are left plain & unfinished.

Our leather is coated with a protective acrylic leather sealer, making it water resistant, but not waterproof.

All leather is stamped & painted by hand, making each piece completely unique.

We use a variety of processes to create the finished leather pieces you see; including cutting, tooling, embossing, painting, staining, distressing, & sealing.

Remove jewelry before you shower, swim, workout, or participate in activities involving water or moisture. Avoid lotions & perfumes directly on your jewelry, & store away from moisture & humidity when not wearing.

Do not use chemical jewelry cleaners, as they damage some metals & remove the darkening agents used when stamping. All metals can be cleaned with a jewelry polishing cloth as needed

Our metals have a brushed finish & can be buffed with fine steel wool if they become scratched. Dark metals can react with your body chemistry & darken the skin or turn it a greenish color. This is a natural chemical reaction of our skin with the properties of the pure metals.

Leather conditioner safe for acrylic paint may be used on our leather.

Our current processing times can be found in the Shop Announcements section on our home page. Often times, our typical processing time is about 1-2 weeks. This means I have an ongoing queue with 7-14 days worth of orders to create and ship at all times. >>>Always refer to our Shop Announcement for current processing times, as they do fluctuate from time to time.

If you purchase a custom item that requires special materials, please be aware that production time is typically an additional 7-10 business days.

All Hello Holly leather cuffs are adjustable with two snaps. Our sizes are from snap to snap on the cuff, not your normal wrist size. Depending on how loose or tight you want your cuff, you’ll add on .5” to 1.5” to your snug wrist measurement.

* XS/S adjusts from 6" to 6.75" (child size)
* S/M adjusts from 6.75" to 7.5"
* M/L adjusts from 7.5" to 8.25"
* XL adjusts from 8.25” to 9"

If you’re unsure of your size or ordering for a gift, we recommend size M/L since it fits most adult sized wrists.

TIP: if you don’t have a flexible measuring tape, use a piece of string or strip of paper. Cut it to your wrist size, then measure with a ruler or tape measure.

Our items contain small parts that are not suitable for infants or toddlers.

Most orders will ship via USPS First Class & will deliver within 5 business days *after* being shipped; however I have seen this time extend to 8-10 days around major holidays. All shipping notifications will include a tracking number for your reference.

Insurance is not included with your order, unless Priority Shipping is selected. If you would like to purchase insurance, please send me a convo prior to placing your order.

If you would like to upgrade to Priority shipping, please select that option from the Shipping Upgrade drop down menu. Priority shipping automatically includes $100 of insurance. PLEASE NOTE - Selecting Priority shipping will expedite your item's shipping time, *not* order processing time.

If you have a current resale license or certificate & would like to carry Hello Holly items in your brick & mortar shop, please email hello@hellohollyshop.com about our wholesale program. Our minimum order for wholesale pricing is 10 cuffs.

We only allow Hello Holly to be resold in physical store locations. We do not allow our vendors to sell our products online; including Facebook, Instagram, Etsy, Handmade at Amazon, personal websites or any other online selling platform.

We do not allow our wholesale customers to sell our items as their own creations. Our pieces are labeled as Hello Holly & special orders/custom requests must be made directly by the customer through our shop.

PLEASE NOTE - All items are made & shipped from a clean, smoke free studio. We do have two small fur babies, a Yorkie & a Shih Tzu that sometimes join me out in the studio.

PLEASE NOTE - our jewelry contains small pieces & chains that are not suitable for infants & toddlers. Children under 10 years of age should be supervised while wearing or using our items.
