Items are described to the best of my ability, but if you are uphappy with your order, I will issue a refund upon the item's return, provided it is in the same condition it was supplied in. Please get in touch within 14 days of your items delivery to discuss a refund - items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

I do not accept exchanges. As orders are packaged securely to ensure items arrive safely, I cannot take responsibility for any damage that occurs during transit.

Please ensure you provide the correct address when completing your transaction, as mistakes cannot be rectified once your order has been shipped.

International customers should note orders are mailed from the UK. Please allow up to 28 working days from shipping for delivery of your order, especially at busier times of year. If you don't receive your package within 28 working days, please get in touch.

I accept payment through PayPal. You can use your account or pay with a credit card through PayPal. If paying via e-cheque, your order will be mailed within five working days after your payment clears.

Orders are shipped flat (or in a tube for prints larger than A4) from Scotland within five working days. If you require expedited shipping, tracking, or a signature upon delivery, please contact me before placing your order.

Delivery within UK
Orders are posted via Royal Mail First Class. Deliveries take an estimated 1-2 working days.

International Delivery
Orders are posted via Royal Mail International Standard (Airmail) and do not include a tracking number. Deliveries take an estimated 7 working days.

Countries outside of the UK may on occasion charge customs fees that are additional to the original shipping cost; these charges are the recipient's responsibility.

Please note that the above delivery times are estimates and, on rare occasion, shipping can take longer. If you haven't received your order within 28 working days, please contact me.

If, for some reason, I'm unable to post your item within five working days (I'm just one tiny person, after all) I'll get in touch and let you know.

If you purchase multiple prints, items are shipped with one backing board to avoid waste and keep your order lighter and smaller when mailing.
