* I am a one-person shop and may need to close without notice. If you've placed an order with me and have supplied your wording for the design, then your order will still be fulfilled within the current turnaround time even if my shop closes temporarily. I recommend placing your order as early as possible, as I'm not always able to accommodate rush orders.

• All items in my shop are digital. They are for you to print at home, online, or at a local print shop or photo center.

• My 8x10" and smaller designs are set-up for easy printing at-home and do not have bleeds that some professional printers may require. If you need bleeds or trim marks added to your design, please contact me prior to ordering and I'll be happy to set that up for you!

• Instant download items are available to download through Etsy after your payment has been processed.
Refunds and Exchanges
Due to the nature of my products, refunds are not given once an item has been downloaded, customized, or once a custom order has been started.

I'm unable to issue a refund in the event of the wedding being canceled.

*** I cannot guarantee that I will always be available for last-minute changes (especially when they are asked for outside of my studio hours or on vacation time). Please download your files and print them as early as possible so that if any problems arise, there will be adequate time for me to address those issues. Refunds will not be given in the event that I'm unavailable in a rush/ last-minute situation. *** Thank you very much for your understanding!
Additional policies and FAQs

♥ WHERE DO I PRINT THIS? ♥
– Large-format signs can be printed at Staples, Office Max, Office Depot, Kinkos, Walgreens, and local print shops. Sizes, availability, and quality varies so I recommend calling them before bringing your file in on a USB flash drive or CD and/or asking to samples of other posters they've printed.

Large signs can also be printed online at sites like NationsPhotoLab.com and VistaPrint.com (size availability varies). If you're going to print online, please let me know the web address so I can set-up the file for you.

– Some printers do not offer full-bleed printing and will ONLY print the final copy with a white border around the design. That border is unavoidable regardless of the file you give them unless you work with a printer who can do borderless printing.

– Smaller menu designs can be brought to Staples/ Kinkos/ Office Depot, or a local print shop. I highly recommend asking them to print a sample proof of the design for you before having a large quantity of items printed so you can be sure you like the final product.

– 8x10, table numbers, and smaller designs can be printed at home on card stock, matte, luster, or glossy paper.. whatever you like best. :) They can also be brought to one of the places mentioned above. If you need a bleed (or trim marks) added to the design, please contact me and I will be happy to take care of that for you!

♥ WHAT SHOULD I PRINT AND DISPLAY MY SIGN ON? ♥
– Large-format signs can be printed on poster paper, matte, glossy, or luster paper and then framed and displayed on an easel (or however you would like to display it!).
– NationsPhotoLab.com offers thick foam core printing in a variety of sizes.
– Walgreens offers 1.33mm thick board prints in 11x14, 16x20, and 20x30 sizes (Walgreens usually prints a white border around the design regardless of how the file is set up).

♥ CAN I PRINT MY SIGN FILE ON CANVAS? ♥
The file you'll receive is not set up for printing on canvas. If you plan to print on canvas, please let me know the thickness of the canvas wrap you'll be ordering (please supply info at checkout). Canvas printing requires a much larger bleed than regular poster printing. The edges of your design will be cut off if you try printing a file not specifically set up for canvas.

♥ I'M HAVING TROUBLE DOWNLOADING MY FILE, WHAT SHOULD I DO? ♥
Issues frequently occur when attempting to download files through a cell phone due to unsupported file types and large file sizes. If this happens, please try downloading the file through a computer.

♥ CAN I PURCHASE MATCHING ITEMS? ♥
If you'd like all of your designs to match, please contact me before purchasing anything, and include the details of what you're looking for and I will provide a price quote and estimated turnaround time if I'm able to meet your requests. I do my best to be available to create matching items when time allows it.

♥ CAN I ORDER A FULLY-CUSTOM DESIGN? ♥
I'm currently unable to accept fully custom orders.

♥ I NEED REVISIONS TO MY (SEATING CHART, MENU, ETC.), BUT MY WEDDING IS IN 2 DAYS. CAN YOU GET IT TO ME IN TIME? ♥
I make every effort to provide a fast turnaround time. However, I'm unable to guarantee that I'll be available for last-minute revisions.

♥ CAN I GET A DISCOUNT? WILL YOU MATCH ANOTHER SHOP'S PRICES? ♥
A lot of time and energy goes into each and every design I work on. Prices are firm, but I may offer a small discount to large orders depending on the details of the project. I do not match the prices of other shops.

♥ CAN YOU SPEED UP THE TURNAROUND TIME OF MY ORDER? ♥
I offer a faster turnaround time on select designs. If available, the listing will have a drop-down menu allowing you to select a faster turnaround time. In an effort to provide quality service and design work, I'm unable to rush every purchase. Please plan accordingly when placing your order.

♥ WILL THE COLORS LOOK THE SAME WHEN PRINTED? ♥
Due to variations in computer settings, the colors displayed on your computer monitor often differ from the colors of the printed version. There is no guarantee that the colors on your screen will be a perfect match with the printed colors.

Many printers offer proofs or complimentary reprints until you're happy with the printed copy. I'm happy make color adjustments if needed (an additional fee sometimes applies).

TESTING COLORS:
If you want to use a color from my color chart, I recommend doing a test print of the chart (at the location of where you plan to print the design) to make sure you're getting the color(s) you want. Hello Love Co. is not responsible for colors printing differently than they appear on your computer. Color adjustments are available for most items [some items require an additional fee].

♥ CAN I SEND YOU PHOTOS OF YOUR DESIGNS AT MY WEDDING? ♥

♥ WHAT ARE THE USAGE TERMS OF YOUR DESIGNS? ♥
All designs are for personal, non-commercial use only. They may not be resold, duplicated, shared, altered, etc.
