I'm Kerry, the owner + designer of Hello Love Co. Press! My shop specializes in custom stamps. I'm a self-taught graphic designer who is passionate about colors, fonts, and beautiful design. I've been designing professionally since my first Etsy shop opened in 2009. I began designing specifically for weddings in 2015, starting with my other shop: http://HelloLoveCo.etsy.com.

I'm probably spending time with my two furry loves, Lola and Willow. Lola is a rat terrier with a big, attentive personality and a huge heart. Willow is a playfully sweet and gentle black cat who came to me as a stray. I love books (current read: Caraval by Stephanie Garber), spending time in nature, renaissance festivals, animals, live music, traveling, writing, and food. Frequently asked questions

When will I receive a proof?

Within 1-2 business days of placing your order.

What is your refund policy?

If you need to cancel your order, please let me know immediately. Orders canceled after a proof has been sent may be charged a cancellation fee.

Due to the custom nature of my products, refunds are not given once your proof has been approved, and your tamp has been moved to production.

I'm unable to issue a refund in the event of a wedding or special event being canceled.

Can I order a fully custom stamp?

I'm unable to accept custom requests at this time.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your order can be cancelled for a full refund within one hour of placing your order.

Orders are processed shortly after receiving payment. Because of this, if you request to cancel your order after you've received a proof, a cancellation fee may be charged to compensate for the loss of time spent creating your proof.

Once a proof has been approved, no cancellations or refunds will be provided. I'm unable to edit your design once it's been moved to production.

Help, I found a typo!

All orders are given the option of receiving a complimentary proof for you to review before your stamp moves to production.

Take your time looking over the proof to see if there are any errors, typos, misspelled names, wrong numbers, etc. before approving your proof.

If you notice a typo before you've approved the proof, please let me know and I'll be happy to send you a revised proof.

If you notice a typo after the proof has been approved, I will be unable to make any corrections as it's likely already moved to production. Hello Love Co. Press is not responsible for any typos that are found after the proof has been approved by you. Please review the proof carefully!
