About

how it all started...

Hello Paperie started out of a need to express my creativity. My family and I had moved from Texas to Georgia where I had no friends, no family and pretty much nothing to do, and my husband suggested I get a hobby. I have always been a crafter, so I knew that needed to go that route. I didn't realize that my love for crafting would turn into a job that I love.

The shop started by selling hand painted signs, then prints, then rubber stamps. With stamps being the big seller, we decided to make that our main focus. We are constantly coming up with trendy new designs, which is the part I love the most next to getting to chat with customers from all over the world.

Shipping
UPDATED:

**all listings now allow you to choose your preferred method of shipping - first class mail, priority mail or overnight (shipping within the usa only). please be advised that this does not speed up the processing of the stamp.

**if you're wanting to rush your order, you must receive an "okay" from us to purchase. if you don't, your order may be delayed depending on whether or not we have all necessary supplies in stock.

all orders will ship via usps first class mail with delivery confirmation. if you need your item sooner, i will ship via usps priority for an extra fee. if you would like to insure your package, it is available for an added fee. priority shipping includes insurance. i am not responsible for products that are lost in transit. i ship to the address listed on your etsy account unless asked otherwise. i am not responsible for shipments mailed to the wrong address, so please make sure it is correct.

every order is given a "scheduled shipping date." this date is when you can expect your order to ship IF you, the buyer, have approved the proof for processing on the date that the proof was sent to you. any delay in approving the proof can result in a delay in processing the stamp, which then changes the scheduled shipping date.

we cannot guarantee how long usps takes for delivery. they quote 3-5 business days, but that is rarely the case.

if a package is returned to us for any reason, we will require that additional postage is paid for the second delivery attempt. we ship only to the address listed on your etsy account (unless specifically asked otherwise).

we ship the same day you receive your shipping notification. any delays in transit time are made by the usps - not us. we cannot be held responsible for any delays on the part of the usps, and unfortunately, they happen often.

international orders: all orders are shipped via usps first class mail. tracking and delivery confirmation is included, but you can only track it as long as it's in the usa. international first class mail takes between 10-21 days for delivery depending on buyers location. if you would like to upgrade shipping, we will do so for an added fee.
Refunds and Exchanges
BEFORE STAMP PRINTING: if you purchase a listing in my shop and decide after your proof is sent that you would rather cancel the order, we will deduct $5.00 for the work that has already been done and refund you the rest. we don't offer any work or proof free of charge. please take note that once i receive "proof approval" i start processing the stamp. at this point, no refunds will be given.

AFTER STAMP PRINTING: because everything is made to order and personalized, and because i require proof approval on all products, i do not offer refunds. i will try my hardest to make sure you're 100% satisfied.

some designs may print smaller than the dimensions given in the listing depending on the personalization information given. we try everything we can and use our artistic "expertise" to make sure the stamp impression looks the best it can. custom stamps made using your logo can vary in quality depending on the file you send me. the higher the resolution of the image/file, the better the stamp prints.

all of the images shown on the listings are computer generated images and do not accurately reflect the size of the product. most of the images have been enlarged to better show fonts. please check the listing for exact dimensions of the product.
Additional policies and FAQs
all orders will ship according to the timeline which appears on your receipt (unless discussed otherwise). all orders will ship to the address listed on your etsy account. if you would like your order shipped to an alternate address, please leave a note in the notes section upon checkout.

if no response regarding the proof after 30 business days, the order will be processed and shipped as shown in the proof. we will triple check to make sure the information you submitted is correct. however, if an error occurs on the buyers part, the stamp will not be corrected free of charge.

STORING YOUR STAMP: the best way to store your stamp is to keep it in a cool place. it is best to store it sitting right side up (sitting the same way you would stamp it) with the lid on so it does not dry out.

we guarantee our stamps for up to one year. however, we will not guarantee a stamp if it has been stored incorrectly or if a different color of ink has been added to the stamp. if your stamp is defective, we will gladly offer a replacement (no refunds).
