My name is Miriam a 23 years old girl living her dream of working for herself in her little shop!
I love all sorts of stationary, planning and books!
In my free time I'm always reading or watching Plan with Me videos on Youtube!
I’ve been in love with stationary, books, notebooks, planners, stickers, pens, all sorts of paper, cardstock and many more all my life!!
When I discovered this community, it was a true relief that I wasn’t the only one who has been addicted to all this stuff :)

I bought new books every week/month and bought my first ECLP on September 2015!

We chose standard shipping because it's very cheap and we can ship worldwide!! We have an European and a Worldwide Flat Rate Shipping.

All standard International orders are delivered by airmail without tracking. In the checkout you can select a tracking number option.

Almost all the items are sent in cardboard envelopes and are packaged in clear plastic sleeves to prevent any damages!

Shipping to Europe may take 3-30 days
Shipping outside Europe may take 7-40 days

We can not guarantee that the order arrives on a specific date.

Once we ship the product we can do nothing for shipping, but if it exceeds the time you can contact us and we will endeavor to solve!

Please double check your shipping address prior to processing your order. We will not be responsible if your package is returned to us due to incorrect addresses or names on the package. If the package is returned to us buyer is responsible for fees to re-ship.

Fees incurred such as duties and taxes are out of Hello Papers control and are buyer's responsibility.

Processing and shipping times

Processing time:

Our processing time is 9-10 business days. We always try to send them in the first week after the order is placed but in busy seasons like Christmas or events like Black Friday or Ciber Monday our processing time can be extended up to the 10 business days due to volume of orders received.

Shipping times:

Shipping to Spain: 3-7 business days
Shipping to Europe may take 3-30 business days
Shipping outside Europe may take 7-40 business days

All times provided are subject to change at any time due to the influx of the post office. Christmas time usually result in longer shipping times, so please give your order some more days.

Cancellations

If you would like to cancel your order please let us know within 24 hours of placing your order, as after this time your order will have been processed.

If you cancel your order after this time, we cannot refund you shipping costs.

We reserved the right to not accept cancellations in the following cases:

- Custom orders/custom listings
- Orders placed during a sale period of time

Refunds/Returns

If you are not happy with your products, please contact us with your problem and we will guide you so that you can send us back the package. All the items should be in the same conditions as sent.

Refunds for physical products will be issued for items returned to us (in the condition which the buyer received them in) within a month of your order. We will issue a refund once we have received your item.

Please note: we will not refund any shipping fees.

Printables: due to the nature of instant downloads, we can not refund these items.
