    Hand drawn paper goods

    Hello Petite Paper started out of my planning/stationery obsession, matched naturally with my background on design and illustration.

    I make and design everything, with a focus on watercolor illustrations, my favorite medium!
    Being a perfectionist (hey, I'm a Virgo!), makes it a personal challenge to come up with great designs - I only publish collections that spark joy and that I hope inspire others :)

    Since the first day, I've got nothing but awesome feedback from planner girls alike and that is what ultimately keeps me going - thank you for your support!

    Lost orders will be replaced/refunded, after postal claims are filled with both sender and receiver postal services and declared lost by those authorities.

    Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders can be refunded, replaced or exchanged - please contact me immediately - I'm happy to help!

    *ESTIMATE PROCESSING TIME: 1 to 3 weeks (made to order). Please check your invoice for the estimate shipping day, as it varies depending on demand.

    *DEFAULT SHIPPING: Orders are shipped from Portugal, Europe, by priority mail with tracking, for a flat rate fee. You can see this fee before checking out.
    Shipping to Europe includes VAT

    *SHIPPING UPGRADES: Registered mail with signature required (+$3). Some countries will ship by registered mail by default (UK, France, Greece, Italy, Russia, Cyprus, Brazil, India, New Zealand, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Hong Kong, China, Mexico).

    *ESTIMATE SHIPPING TIMES: 3-10 business days to Europe;
    2 to 3+ weeks worldwide.

    PLEASE NOTE:
    Due to the nature of international postage, shipping times can vary up to 6 weeks or more, depending on customs, weather, etc. Please be patient while your stickers are on the way and feel free to contact me anytime :)
    Additional policies and FAQs
    All the designs are created by me, Vanessa, and you won't find them anywhere else. Occasionally, I use clipart from lepaperhouse.etsy.com (who is my partner) but that will always be mentioned.

    ABOUT THE PAPER:

    Matte paper is very thin and smooth - it won't bulk up your planner!
    Glossy paper is slightly thicker and shinny, colors show slightly brighter - WE ARE CURRENTLY CHANGING GLOSSY PAPERS, SO YOU MIGHT RECEIVE 2 KINDS OF GLOSSY STICKERS. THE NEW PAPER WILL BE THINNER, BUT STILL SHINY AND VIBRANT!

    The stickers are not removable or repositionable, however, matte stickers can still be carefully removed after some hours.

    Monthly kits are matte removable paper, so you can move them around.

    Each sticker sheet is carefully created by me in small batches, in the best quality possible for a small production line. Please allow some room for color differences from computer screen and tiny imperfections.

    Please do not re-sell, modify or copy my designs. Lets support original creations :)

    We do not have access to your financial info nor do we share your ordering information. We only use your name and shipping address for shipping purposes.

    If you live in the EU you can use the Online Dispute Resolution - but you should alwyas contact us first to resolve any issues!
