Since I was a little girl, I knew that I would have my own business.

Both of my parents have worked for themselves for much of their lives, so it was only natural that I followed in their footsteps. I began at a young age by going door-to-door selling my creations, and continued to embrace my entrepreneurial mindset as I grew.

My love for crafting and beautiful paper has led Hello Sunshine to where it is today, along with my wonderful customers from around the globe. As Hello Sunshine has grown, my husband, Matthew, has joined me in creating custom paper cut outs. Thank you to everyone that has kept us busy for the last 8+ years!

Ten percent of all our profits go to Neighborhood Church of Redding.

Because all of Hello Sunshine’s die cuts are made-to-order, we do not accept returns. If the order you received is different than what is listed on your invoice, please do not hesitate to contact us. You may choose to have the correct order mailed to you or obtain a refund. Returns are not accepted otherwise.

Payments are accepted though Paypal, Etsy Gift Cards, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
Shipping

When will I receive my order?

Each order is specially handmade for every customer. Because of the nature of this process, it takes 3 business days (Monday - Friday) for an order to be made and shipped out via USPS.

Can my order be rushed?

Although the turn-around time remains the same (3 business days to make and ship out an order) you can upgrade from USPS First Class Mail to USPS 2-3 Day Priority Mail. This can be done during the checkout process for an additional $3.55.

Are there different sizes available?

Most listings have sizing options available that you can choose from. If the die cut you're interested in does not have this option, simply contact us and we can create a custom listing just for you.

Can I have more than one color?

Each set of 25 can have up to 2 colors. If you order two sets of 25, you can choose 4 colors, and so on. Simply write a note in the "note to seller" section during the checkout process of which colors you would like your die cuts in.

How do you price your paper cut outs?

Each shape has its own price-per-inch. This is determined by how many pieces fit on our sheets of card stock.

We also factor in time for design, cutting and packaging, materials, wear on blades, cutting mats and machines, Etsy and credit card processing fees, and trips to the post office. We strive to deliver quality handmade pieces that you will be absolutely happy with :)
