Returns and exchange details
1. All items are REAL VINTAGE (20+ years old), PRE-LOVED or DS/NOS (deadstock/new old stock), with some evidence of use/storage conditions which we describe with great care;
All items are SOLD in 'AS IT IS' CONDITION and ALL SALES ARE FINAL;
Please LOOK CLOSELY at the object you are buying: colors, shape, condition, and size/measurements;
Please ensure you are happy with the written and photographic description prior to purchase. Always ask for further information if required, we'll be happy to help you out;

WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS
We DO NOT accept RETURNS for wrong sizing - always ask for more details if you're not sure about the size;

IMPORTANT:

Due to the VINTAGE (20+ years old) nature of most goods, we have for sale, the durability of the items is NOT guaranteed. Because of the materials and age, some items get damaged due to wear — especially shoes / sneakers;
WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE for old items getting damaged due to wear;
WE DON NOT ACCEPT RETURNS FOR DAMAGE DUE TO WEAR

If the shoes cracked / broked while on your feet, we're sorry, but that's on you;
When we mention that certain shoes/sneakers are just for COLLECTING, this means that THE SHOES ARE NOT WEARABLE;

Therefore, we CANNOT BE FORCED TO ACCEPT A RETURN
ALL SALES ARE FINAL
WE DON'T ACCEPT ANY RETURNS

2. We wrap our items very carefully to make sure they arrive in perfect condition for you to enjoy. However, even the most carefully wrapped item can be damaged if not handled with care by the shipping company;
WE WON'T BE RESPONSIBLE for ANY DAMAGE may occur during transit / wrong customs package handling;
For delicate/sensitive items, we always recommend to get in touch with us regarding SHIPPING WITH INSURANCE;

3. If you RECEIVE an item that has been DAMAGED IN TRANSIT, please take clear photos and contact us immediately. We'll do our best to help you sort it out.

It is important to us that we offer the level of customer service that we ourselves would wish to receive and we will always look for a mutually agreeable solution to any problems that may arise.

1. The purchased item(s) will ship within 1 working day after payment clearing.

2. We use recycled materials for packing, for reasons well known, free of charge.
It is our priority to pack all the items very carefully, in order to arrive to you safely.

3. Orders within European Union are shipped PRIORITY/AIRMAIL via Packeta (www.packeta.com), while all the orders (up to 2kg weight) for the rest of the world are shipped EXPRESS with DHL Express (www.dhl.com). Packages/orders with a weight higher than 2kg will be shipped ECONOMY/PRIORITY with Posta Romana (www.posta-romana.ro).

4. Combined shipping can be arranged and is very unpredictable, please convo us for a custom listing and more precise quotes.

5. All shipments are provided with tracking numbers so you can track your item and estimate the arrival time. The tracking number is not optional and it is provided, always.

6. We normally send all the items as gifts with €10 value, so you can avoid your own country's import fees and taxes. If for some reason any customs or duty fees may occur is the responsibility of the buyer and is not included in the price.

7. Please note transit time of shipment to the following continents for:
a) Standard Shipping — Posta Romana
— 2-4 working days within Romania
— 4-8 working days within European Union/Europe
— 15-30 working days to Asia, America, Australia, and/or everywhere else

b) Express Shipping — DHL Express
— 2-6 days Worldwide

All items are stored in a non-smoking, pet-free environment — even if we do have a happiness manager labradoodle dog.

We are more than happy to assist you if you need more information or questions regarding the items you are interested in.

If you'd like to reserve a particular item, just drop us a line. We're happy to hold pieces for up to 3 days, after which they will be returned to the shop for sale.
