Hi! I am a military brat who married a Kansas boy and now we are carving out a life on the prairie with our four children.

I began selling vintage and handmade jewelry in my first Etsy shop, The Velvet Heart. That shop is now used for selling my crochet patterns. My vintage items and jewelry have been moved to this shop. Henrietta's Closet was named for my late Aunt Henrietta who had a real love for jewelry and a unique personality that everyone loved.

I love the thrill of the hunt and am happy to do the treasure hunting for others. I also list some upcycled jewelry items. It takes care of my jewelry making fix, and allows me to give new life to items I find during my treasure hunts. Hope you enjoy browsing my shop!
