At an early age I knew that laughter was a necessity in my life. A need for fun, a sense of lightheartedness, and the ability to laugh at whatever life dishes out is something I’ve always carried with me. My personal philosophy is that we all need to laugh more, and laugh as loud as we want!

I want you to be happy with your purchase, so I hope you will feel free to ask questions, make special requests, and let me know exactly what you want. I may not be able to do everything you request – but I am always happy and willing to work with you so you are happy with your Henry and Molly item.
Accepted payment methods
Returns and exchanges
Returns will be accepted within 7 days of receipt of your purchase. Please let me know ASAP what is wrong so I can give you the right address for returning the item. Items must be in new, unused, pristine condition for the return to be accepted. Upon receipt of the returned merchandise, a refund for the original sales price (less shipping) will be issued via PayPal. Custom orders and special orders cannot be returned.
Problems and Repairs:
If there is any problem with the merchandise you receive (something breaks, or it is not as you ordered), please let me know ASAP so I can fix the problem for you.
Exchanges:
Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt of item. Please convo me ASAP for exchange procedures.
Custom orders and special orders are not exchangeable.
Payment
Please pay for your order within 3 days of clicking the "add to cart" button. If any order is not paid for and I do not hear from you, I will cancel the order and let Etsy know about the failed transaction. If there are issues – please contact me early to avoid any negative feedback or problems.

Shipping
If you need your item sooner, please let me know ASAP (convo me) so we can discuss your needs. Priority mail and express mail are always an option, but they cost more so I’ll need to send you an invoice with updated shipping costs.
WA State Residents: All orders shipped to locations within Washington State will be charged 9.5% sales tax during your checkout via PayPal (sorry, it’s the law – such a bummer). If your local rate is lower, just convo me and I will refund you the difference via PayPal.
International customers: International shipments are sent via the most economical route to keep shipping costs down. If you need quick shipment, please leave a note and I'll send an updated invoice right away.
Very Important International Shipment Note:
Please be aware that international documentation requires that I declare the full value of the merchandise. Your local laws will determine whether duties and taxes will be incurred and you are solely responsible for any fees due at the time of delivery. Please do not ask me to mark your shipment "gift" (again, it’s the law – and it’s a bummer).
