Returns and exchanges
I gladly accept cancellations
Request a cancellation within: 24 hours of purchase
I don't accept returns or exchanges
But please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
Returns and exchange details
If I have totally misrepresented an item, I will give a refund minus shipping.
However if there is a problem please contact me and we can try to work it out.
I send out tracking info when I ship the orders. I am only responsible for items till they leave me, once they leave me it is in the postal services hands. If an item is lost in the mail, contact USPS and give them your tracking number and they will be able to help you track it down. Be sure to print and save your invoice so that you will have it to show in case you need to. If an insured item is broken when you receive it, take photos while still in package and save all the packaging.
Payment
Payment is expected when you make the purchase.

Cancelation Policy:
If you cancel an order you will be charged a Cancelation fee depending on the size of the order. So be sure you want the item or items before you place your order. I cannot cancel an order if it is a made to order or Custom Order as this item was made especially for you with your choice of colors. The only way that I will cancel a made to order sale is if you contact me before I start on it, once it is started it is considered yours. I encourage you to shop around for the best prices and choices, I would do the same thing but please do so before placing your order.
I try to be as fair and honest as I can be and I would appreciate the same from you.
Shipping
I try my best to ship as soon as payment is received and cleared unless it is a made to order item. On Custom Orders and Made To Order items check the ship by date before making your purchase.
I ship via USPS or UPS on large items
I try to recycle boxes when I can to save on shipping.
If you want insurance you will have to let me know before you pay so that it can be added to your invoice. Certain items like glass and breakable items will automatically be insured.
I only ship to the US. lower 48 states right now.
Additional policies and FAQs
Custom orders for handmade items takes awhile, so please be patient with us, We try to make and ship as quickly as possible but you can't rush the drying of paint. I make sure that the items are properly cured before shipping. If you need something by a certain date, please contact me before ordering and I will let you know if it can be done by then.
I do not make trades, I have been asked this alot lately but I cannot do this as I am trying to make a living and pay my bills.
I love what I do and I hope it shows through my work.
