One of my favorite colors; such a delicate pink. Sturdy yarn! Can't wait to make some socks!

Klare Kaufempfehlung an alle unentschlossen :)

Frequently asked questions

I am using as few packaging as possible and as environmental friendly as possible. Which means, that at the moment I am using shipping bags made out of biological synthetic matieral that is compostable and made out of renewable materials.

This is also why I use adhesive tape also made out of recycled paper.

If you order more than 3 skeins of yarn from me, I will use cardboard boxes for shipping, that are either re-used or also made from recycled materials.

I mostly won't use wrapping tissue or plastic adhesive tape to package your order, because I want to keep the shipping costs as low as possible.

For Germans:
Von der Rücknahmepflicht der Verpackungsverordnung (§ 6) durch §16 Verpackungsverordnung befreites Verpackungsmaterial.

Care instructions

Project Bags:

I am using mostly 100% cotton fabrics for my project bags, but also interfacing. This is why I recommend either to handwash your project bags, or to wash it in the washing machine on low (max. 40°C) and on "Delicate" cycle.

For best results and long wear I recommend handwashing your knitted items - in cold to max. lukewarm water with wool wash.
Lay flat to dry.
I am using professional acid dyes and citric acid to dye my yarns, but I make sure to wash them with ecological wool wash (Ecover) after the dyes have set and rinse them until the water runs clear before drying. But because of the nature of some dyes (especially reds/blacks/turquoise/blues) "bleeding" of excess dyes is still a possibility.

Customs information

If I am sending an order to a country where I need to fill out the customs form, I won't mark it as a gift or lower the value. I will always fill them out for what you really ordered and to the real prize points. If you are getting charged to pay custom fees, I'm not responsible for those.

Shipping costs and refunds

International orders only cost 6.20 Euros plus 0.10 Euro for each additional item!! (Orders from Germany: 5.00 Euros plus 0.10 Euro for each additional item!)

With the settings I chose, most likely you won't have to pay more for shipping than the actual cost, but rather less, if for example your package weighs more than 500 grams!

If you like to combine shipments for more than one order, please state this in the notes with your orders, otherwise I might not be able to see which orders to combine. I am also doing refunds of shipping cost overages on those combined orders, but please note, that I only do refunds once every week - they take up a lot of time to do!
