WE do NOT offer returns or refunds.
Exchanges may be possible on a case by case basis.

**Payment is due within 3 days!**
**TYPES OF PAYMENT ACCEPTED**
We accept PAYPAL only. Please no personal checks.
CUSTOM ORDERS:
on Wigs: 2- 4 weeks depending on Commission book.
Gowns: 6-8 weeks depending on Commission book.
**LAYAWAY**
We also offer layaway on merchandise over $200.
(except for CUSTOM pieces)
Please inquire for a reserve of your item of interest.
A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% is due immediately at that time
to reserve item.
The balance of the bill is due within 60 days.( one payment per month, 2 month limit).
I will invoice you via Paypal each month following.
We may be able to extend payment plans for very special items and or circumstances.

**DOMESTIC USA SHIPPING**
All merchandise shipped domestic ( ie: within the continental USA) is shipped with INSURANCE and delivery/and or signature confirmation.
Etsy will not let me split USA or outside
USA shipments. Shipping charges are per east coat
to west coast. If you live closer to the east coast,
it may be a bit less expensive.
**INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING**
I usually ship USPS global express mail. PLEASE ask for a shipping quote. It is more expensive, but it covers more should a loss occur.
Please do not ask for a lower value cited on customs forms for
your countries duty fees. YOU are responsible for all duties/fees regarding item entry.
Shipping standards listed are per NYC to France.
Other countries may be more ( or less).
Please inquire prior to buying to ensure correct shipping quote!
