✨ I happily gift wrap each order for free. All items are energetically cleansed, blessed and carefully packaged to arrive gift-ready in hopes of bringing joy to the purchaser or their intended recipient.

✨ With the exception of custom orders, every item listed in my shop is already created. So I’m able to process orders within 12 hours of the time they are placed, ready for the next USPS shipping day.

✨ All of my creations are shipped for free in the US via USPS First Class mail, with tracking included for ease of mind.

Address Issues?
✨ If you entered the wrong address at checkout, message me within 5 hours with the corrected address. I cannot be responsible for incorrect addresses.

What happens if my item does not arrive?
✨ If tracking does not show the item is successfully delivered to you, I will gladly refund or replace the order if possible. Please note that replacing creations takes longer than the original delivery timeframe as the replacement will have to be newly created. Replacement will depend on the materials I have on hand for recreation.

However, if tracking shows the package was delivered, a refund or replacement will not be available.

✨ My goal is to bring joy and satisfaction to anyone who shops at Her Enchanted Creations and to satisfy my valued customers. If there is ever any issue with an order, just message me!

In order to deliver all creations to the purchaser as quickly as possible, my policy is to process orders 6- 12 hours of receiving them. Because of that, any cancellations must be made within 6 hours of the order’s placement.

As many of my creations are One Of A Kind (OOAK), I can’t offer exchanges.

✨ If for some reason, an Enchanted Creation must be returned, the buyer should contact me within 3 days and ship items back within 7 days of delivery. Per Etsy’s guidelines, Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Any issue needs to be brought to my attention within 3 days of delivery so it can be promptly investigated. If an issue is not reported within 3 days, I cannot assist further.
